The application fee is $25 for the first adult and $15 for each additional adult.
You will save $10 if you bring a completed application with you to the first showing.
Couples married for more than 3 years are just $25 also.

Next fill out the application, making sure that it is complete! All requested information is required. An incomplete application will either be returned or denied/tenancy rejected.
